Whose side are you on - be careful of what you watch, read and listen to

Further reading at Proverbs 3:5-6 and Psalm 139:23-24

The Holy Bible is packed full of trust, love and truth. It is also packed with impatience, jealousy and deceit. Which side are you on? If you trust in God, you will be filled with love and truth and if you’re not, maybe there’s something you’re doing that is causing you to not be 100% on God’s side. What are you watching on the TV? What music are you listening to? Who are you hanging out with? What are you reading?

So many questions but if you’re not fully committed, you’re going to have to dig deep to find out why. Now on the other hand, if you try to force things and become impatient, or you are jealous of those around you and deceive people to get what you want, you’re probably heading down the wrong path.

The good news is that it’s not too late to come back to Jesus. He died for your sins, was buried and rose again on the third day.

You can turn it all around by accepting Jesus and letting Him change you from the inside out. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Then you’ll know you’re on God’s side.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths – Proverbs 3:5-6

If you haven’t found Jesus yet, maybe now is the time to start praying and seek the LORD.

Peace and love to you all
